How to do the Shimmy!
There are 3 basic types, the easiest and most common starts from the knees. Secondly we do the chou chou shimmy, a very powerful shimmy that is done by small and quick steps, perfect for traveling. Finally we do the vibration shimmy, that is achieved by tensing up the muscle legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus and calf muscles).
